James is a Stanmore native and has nearly 15 years experience as a personal trainer at top health clubs in London and Brighton. Over this time he has cultivated a particular focus for working with over-50s, and his deep understanding of this age group, coupled with his empathic and motivational style, make James ideally suited to help you transform your health.




Great class with a range of ages and ability. Love the fact that because it is for the over 50's it is neither competitive or high impact and we all go at our own pace. James makes you want to improve yourself even if you don't really like exercise.  Facebook group with its  videos and advice is a good reminder in between the weekly classes. Really look forward to weekly sessions."
