We believe Over 50s are being underserved when it comes to their health and fitness needs.
That’s why we have created Kandu - a comprehensive group exercise programme, specifically designed for Over 50s.
Combining circuit training with elements of yoga and pilates, our classes will make you stronger, more flexible and improve your stamina.
But Kandu is so much more than just an exercise class because of the support and motivation we provide outside the class.
All levels are welcome and the focus is on getting fitter in a fun, supportive and welcoming environment.
Each of our classes will cover four key areas for Over 50s: strength, mobility, balance and cardiovascular training.
Classes are held weekly in Stanmore, HA7, North West London on:
- Mondays at 6.30pm - 7.30pm
- Mondays at 7:30pm - 8:30pm
- Wednesdays at 11.30pm - 12.30pm
- Fridays at 11.15pm - 12.15pm
- Saturdays at 10am -11am
We have a limited time offer of £75 for the 8 classes. There are a maximum of 14 people in a class so spaces are limited.

Q I've got an injury - can I still sign up?
A Most people who participate in our classes have old niggling injuries or areas of concern, such as lower back pain or knee problems.We will always provide alternatives for people who are unable to complete specific exercises, and in most cases we can work around any injuries. However, if you're concerned we recommend that you get in touch to work out whether Kandu is right for you.
